Shipping policy

a) Delivery Time
Your products will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the courier service. We strive to meet these delivery times, but please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays.

b)    The estimated delivery time may vary by state. Working days are calculated excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Delivery may be delayed due to logistical issues.
c)    During Sale events, dispatches may be delayed due to increased order volumes. We aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 4 days from the order date.

i.    Error in Address
Once an order has been shipped, errors in the shipping address cannot be corrected. Shripad Medisearch Pvt. Ltd. will coordinate with the courier service providers to resolve the issue; however, if the order is rejected, lost, or destroyed due to an error in the shipping information provided by you, Shripad Medisearch Pvt. Ltd. cannot issue a refund or credit of any kind. If the error causes the order to be returned to Shripad Medisearch Pvt. Ltd., the return shipping cost will be deducted from the product cost, and the remaining balance will be credited to your bank account.

ii.    Customer Refusal
If a customer refuses a product or order for any genuine and authentic reason, the product must be returned to Shripad Medisearch Pvt. Ltd. warehouse in good, resalable condition. Shripad Medisearch Pvt. Ltd. will refund the product cost to the customer after deducting the reverse shipping and handling costs.

iii.    Package Loss
It is very rare for a domestic order to get lost, but sometimes it may happen. When your order is lost, please report Shripad Medisearch Pvt. Ltd. through Email: aceremedieshealth@gmail.com with the details of location & tracking details. Shripad Medisearch Pvt. Ltd. take every possible step to help resolve this matter.

iv.    International Shipping
All of Shripad Medisearch Pvt. Ltd. orders are shipped internationally from Pune, India to your provided shipping address.
Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned to our fulfillment center in an undamaged and resalable condition. A refund will not be issued against this order. In addition, if Shripad Medisearch Pvt. Ltd. is billed for the cost of the return shipment due to restrictions, you may be responsible for that cost, too.

vi.    Jurisdiction
Any disputes, legal actions, or legal matters related to this website or the products of Shripad Medisearch Pvt. Ltd. shall be addressed exclusively within the jurisdiction of Pune courts.
